4th October 2022 Windsurfing: Rhosneigr Wind Direction: SSW Wind Stength: F7 then F6 Surf / Sea State: Waves Air Temperature: 16 Sea Temperature: 15.5 Weather: Rain Max Speed: Distance Covered: Those on 3.7m said easing so rigged 4.2m, which was a bit much in gusts but handy in lulls to get going after falling in white water. Oddly for S wind there was lots of white water and some big lumps after Low Tide. Some backside rides and one front side, didn't have confidence to try more on bigger waves as very short period, though should have. Some big, smooth, long waves to turn on, but also quite a few steep with foaming tops which were hard to get over and gave a rinsing when gybes failed. Good fun in testing conditions |
